Art and fashion lovers are invite to San Francisco clothes store Skunk funk for the Spring-Summer 2011 Art & Fashion
Show and advantage on Saturday, May 7th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The party will
feature the work of local artist, a fashion show, a DJ rotating the hottest
beats, and cocktails. The event is all ages with no cover charge. Donations and
incomplete proceeds will go to the American Red Cross to help those exaggerated
by the earthquake in Japan.Calling all Art & Fashion loving Funders,? said Lauren Kaufman,
co-manager of Skunk funk .We will be showcasing up-and-coming local artists and
some of our marvelous spring and summer looks. It will be a fun party for a
great cause.?
The work of artistic local artists will be on display, including
pieces by Mika Fujimori, Norma Zepeda, Vee Caraway, Mina Caraway, Dan Tran and
Charles Pretty. DJ Joseph Lee, who is infamous for packing San Francisco dance floors, will be holding
it down on the turntables. Blue Angel Vodka, the new normal in luxury vodka,
will be serving refreshments for people 21 and up.Skunk funk will highlight select looks from their
Spring-Summer 2011 compilation. They will also offer special shopping discounts
during the show and all weekend long.
